Thought it was time to dig through my archive scouting for pics... This one was taken on that infamous morning back in december 2007 when everything was covered in ice.
This was after about 2 or 3 days of fog and sub-0 temperatures. The fog had simply frozen onto everything. Then that saturday morning the sun came out and it made for some spectacular views. A couple of hours after I took this pic though, it had melted all the ice. Crystalised and Frozen Trees are from the same day. The stream is the river "Dommel" in the south of The Netherlands.
